The Role As a Class Teacher at Rednal Hill Junior School, you will: Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can flourish. Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge learners. Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development. Assess, monitor and track pupil progress to ensure every child achieves their full potential. Adapt teaching effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing. Promote excellent behaviour and a culture of respect throughout the school. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share outstanding practice.
