We are looking for a KS2 teacher who:

-is energetic, passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and learning -has high expectations and a commitment to raising standards -uses a wide range of creative, innovative teaching methods to motivate and inspire children -has effective classroom management strategies, organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment -will work effectively as part of a team, planning co-operatively, sharing information, ideas and expertise both within the classroom and throughout school -prioritises pupil wellbeing and embraces our Christian ethos -has excellent communication skills with pupils, colleagues and parents

This teaching post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references, and a Disclosure of Criminal Record and Disqualification Declaration. In addition, the job you are applying for is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) which requires you to disclose all spent convictions and cautions except those which are ‘protected’ under Police Act 1997 - Part V and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) and are not subject to disclosure to employers on DBS certificates and cannot be taken into account. If you are invited to interview you will be required to complete a “Disclosure of Criminal Record” form and bring the completed form to interview.
