Coupals Primary Academy Class Teacher Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: MPR 1-6 (£32,916 to £45,352) Start date: 1st January 2027 We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent practitioner, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a more experienced teacher looking for a new challenge. We are looking for a teacher who shares our ambition and passion for ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and models our schools' DRIVE Values Is passionate about teaching and learning and committed to raising standards. Has strong classroom management skills and creates a positive learning environment. Can deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons. Is able to assess, monitor and support pupil progress effectively. Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to the wider life of the school. Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. Is reflective, resilient and committed to ongoing professional development.
