Is confident in contributing to the development of EYFS provision and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Has energy, creativity and enthusiasm, alongside a warm and approachable manner. Will actively support and promote the Christian ethos and values of our Church school and Trust. In return, we can offer: Wonderful children who are happy, enthusiastic and eager to learn. A welcoming, supportive and dedicated staff team who genuinely work together. The opportunity to help shape and develop a strong EYFS provision spanning pre-school and Reception. A caring and inclusive school community where your ideas and contributions are valued.
