About the role

English Martyrs are pleased to advertise a unique opportunity for an experienced practitioner to work across two classes in our lovely school . The year groups are to be confirmed . Our vision is to educate children in the spirit of the Gospel Values and the traditions of the Catholic Church, nurturing the talents and potential of each individual. Our Mission Statement is LIGHT. The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will adapt their teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.

You will be responsible for:

Teaching two classes as a job share, planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of pupils Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards Being part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, part of the Diocese of Nottingham, brings together 25 Catholic schools located in Derby City, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Stockport together in partnership, to ensure the very best spiritual, social and academic experiences and outcomes for the young people in our schools.
