Job Title: Class Teacher Thriplow CofE Primary School, part of Grace Schools At Thriplow CofE Primary School we are committed to creating the foundations to build successful futures. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our supportive team and play a key role in ensuring high quality teaching and learning for all pupils across the school. Find out more about our school by visiting: https://thr.graceschools.org.uk/ Key responsibilities: Plan and teach lessons and sequences of lessons to the class(es) you are assigned to teach within the context of the academy's knowledge-rich curriculum Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, planning and adapting your practice to ensure the best possible outcomes Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies in line with our Grace Schools Principles of Education Be an excellent role model - exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectation for all members of the school community Maintaining the highest expectations for all children Pay, Hours and Contract: Mainscale 100% per week Permanent Qualifications and skills: Relevant degree or equivalent Qualified Teacher Status Experience of working as a class teacher in a primary school setting Alignment to the Grace Schools Principles of Education Knowledge of strategies to support learning, progress, and standards across the curriculum including evidence of impact on progress Principles and practices of high-quality teaching and learning Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and members of the community Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people About Grace Schools It is an exciting time to join us as we move into the next era of the Trust as The Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT) becomes Grace Schools.
