About the role

We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for every learner. Has experience of teaching pupils with SEND, particularly pupils with autism, communication needs and sensory differences. Has a strong understanding of child development and personalised learning. Can create engaging, creative and meaningful learning experiences that inspire pupils to learn. Can lead a delegated curriculum area. Values communication in all its forms and is committed to developing a total communication environment. Can work effectively alongside teaching assistants, therapists, families and other professionals. Understands that behaviour is communication and can respond with empathy, consistency and high expectations. Demonstrates resilience, creativity and a solution-focused approach.
