Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching in the EYFS A driven, enthusiastic teacher with a passion for improving the educational experience of all pupils Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork A reflective practitioner with a clear commitment to ongoing professional development A secure understanding of child protection and safeguarding

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum that is relevant, engaging and appropriately differentiated Monitor and support the progress, development and wellbeing of all pupils Facilitate a learning experience that enables every child to achieve their individual potential Contribute to raising standards of attainment across the EYFS Support the school’s commitment to providing opportunities for personal growth, enjoyment and wider development Assist in developing the curriculum and resources Contribute to the achievement and implementation of the school’s development plan Plan and prepare high‑quality lessons Work collaboratively with the EYFS team Promote and safeguard pupils’ welfare
