About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all pupils make strong progress and achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies Contribute to the wider life of the school Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum KS2 Is passionate about teaching and learning Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour Demonstrates excellent classroom practice Is reflective, motivated, and committed to professional development Works effectively as part of a team Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion In addition to the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative working environment, We can offer you: A vibrant and rapidly improving school with rewards and opportunities for motivated and committed individuals Friendly, motivated and aspirational pupils A dedicated and collaborative staff team High-quality CPD and professional development opportunities through providers such as The National College and The Key.
