Has a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and learning strategies. Demonstrates good leadership, organisation and classroom management skills. Can inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to achieve their best. Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers. The successful candidate will:
