Has substantial experience of working with pupils with mild/severe learning difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Condition. Understands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum design Is passionate about embedding an “I can do” culture Wants to influence practice beyond their own classroom Thrives in collaborative, reflective and values driven environment Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice Can be reflective, resilient and solutions focused Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals Contributes to whole school improvement and collaborative working You must believe, as we do, that every child can achieve.
