Cleaner

Deanwood Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Cleaner to join the Premises Department, to start from September 2025. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our school team. Duties include maintaining cleanliness across classrooms, offices, and communal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This is a part time, term time permanent role, paid on the NJC pay scale E2 point 2-3 ( FTE £24,521.29 - £24,796- actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £7,640.30- £7,725.89 per annum ). The working pattern will consist of 12.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day. The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work.
