About the role
This position has a designated area in the school to clean . You will be supported by our Site Manager and receive the necessary training required for this post. Clipstone Brook Lower School is a forward-thinking, friendly, and supportive place of work based in Leighton Buzzard, set in beautiful grounds. We are looking for :
Reliability and Punctuality Trustworthiness and Integrity (subject to the highest safeguarding checks) Child Safeguarding Awareness (training will be given as part of the induction) Proactive Attitude
Practical Skills and Abilities Attention to Detail Physical Fitness and Stamina Safe Chemical Handling
Teamwork and Communication Independent and Team Work - ability to work independently under the supervision of the site manager Clear Communication: Reporting maintenance issues, broken furniture, or safety hazards immediately to the site manager or headteacher. Friendly and Respectful Demeanor: Maintaining a polite, approachable attitude when interacting with teachers, parents, or students.
