About the role

The King Edward VI School is a high achieving school, with a reputation for academic excellence for all. We provide for over 1400 students from Years 9-13 and have a thriving Sixth Form of around 450 students. We pride ourselves on being a fully inclusive and truly comprehensive school built on traditional principles and high standards. We are looking to appoint a reliable member of staff to join our Cleaning team who has: Basic numeracy and literacy skills Can deliver a high quality cleaning service to our school Can work as a team member and also unsupervised The working hours will be 3.15pm to 6.15pm four nights per week and 3.15pm to 7.15pm one night per week. The role is term time working plus 29 hours per year holiday working. In return we can offer a very supportive staff team. Please note a certain amount of bending and lifting is required in this role.
