Cleaner Salary (actual): £8,097 Grade : 1 Hours: 12.5 hours per week Working Pattern : Term time + inset days + 2 weeks in the holidays (41 weeks) Contract : Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to work at The Godolphin Junior Academy, a warm and vibrant multi-cultural junior school based in Slough. We are looking to appoint a cleaner for as soon as possible to join our dedicated, supportive team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant should be able to use their own initiative, but be a good team-player. Cleaning experience is essential. Experience of working in a school would be preferred but is not essential. This post is Term time plus inset days, plus 2 weeks worked during the school holidays. Candidates should be enthusiastic and passionate, with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A good level of general health and fitness is required. In house training including Health & Safety will be given where necessary. During school closure, cleaning duties may vary throughout the school.
