About the role

Job details Hours of work: 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm, to be worked during term time plus 2 weeks during the school holidays Position type: Cleaner - Fixed term until 31.08.2027 Salary: £13.28 per hour The aim of the role is to provide a good quality cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; Emptying waste bins Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms Wiping down and dusting furniture Maintaining office/reception area Job requirements To be able to work well within a team The ability to communicate well with everyone in the school community Excellent time keeping skills and been a reliable member of the team Experience would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate Working with us Ebor Academy Trust is a values driven organisation of over 1000 staff working in 25 schools across Yorkshire and the Humber.
