Cleaning supervisor REQUIRED ASAP NJC Level 3D (points 7-11) To work 25-30hrs per week term-time, plus 115-138 hours per year to be worked outside term-time.

Salary examples:

From £17,106 - £18,232 per annum for 25 hours per week term-time, plus 115 hours per year to be worked outside term-time (based on full-time salary of £26,402 - £28,141). From £20,528 - £ 21,880 per annum for 30 hours per week term-time, plus 138 hours per year to be worked outside term-time (based on full-time salary of £26,402 - £28,141). Exact hours and working pattern to be agreed. We are looking to appoint a full-time cleaning supervisor. As cleaning supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of cleaners, coordinating daily schedules, and conducting rigorous inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas. Key duties will include overseeing the safe use and storage of chemicals in compliance with COSHH regulations, managing stock levels for essential cleaning supplies in conjunction with the senior site agent, and providing hands-on training to ensure all staff adhere to health and safety protocols. As cleaning supervisor, you must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, as the nature of the role often grants access to sensitive areas such as staff offices and student records.
