We are looking for someone who: Has strong organisational skills Is confident working at a senior level Has strong understanding of governance or a willingness to develop expertise in this area Understands and is committed to the values and purpose of Catholic Education Essential Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent profession experience Recognised governance qualification or working towards one (e.g. ICSA/CGI, NGA, equivalent) Strong working knowledge of charity and company governance
