About the role

The successful candidate will lead on the effective management and use of data across the academy, ensuring the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of information to support school improvement and informed decision-making. They will also be responsible for producing and maintaining the whole-school timetable and coordinating staff cover arrangements, working closely with senior leaders to ensure the efficient deployment of resources and the smooth day-to-day running of the academy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is central to ensuring that data, curriculum planning and staffing arrangements effectively support high-quality teaching and learning for all students.
