Cover Manager
Salary: NJC L5 points 15-20 £27,541 - £29,901 Start date: October 2026 Closing date: 12pm on Wednesday 30th September 2026 Location: Cedars Upper & Linslade School At Cedars, we have a strong reputation as a popular and high-performing school. Our achievements were further highlighted by the excellent set of results our students attained in both GCSE and A-Level examinations in summer 2022. Building on these successes, we are determined to reach new heights and aspire for an outstanding status. A large number of our sixth form students move onto Russell group Universities where they continue to flourish. Currently, we are seeking an exceptional cover manager to join our schools. The role of the Cover Manager is to provide a range of duties to enhance the learning experiences of the pupils in the absence of the class teacher. It includes organising cover for absent teachers and managing a team of cover supervisors. In addition, you will be covering lessons to ensure students have the highest possible level of learning experiences when their teacher is absent.
