About the role

Christ Church C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint one excellent and committed Cover Supervisor to join our exceptional team. Christ Church C of E Primary School is a very popular, over-subscribed, large primary school with a nursery provision, serving our local community in Coseley. We aim to promote Christian education of the highest quality, with real, purposeful learning experiences which inspire and motivate all children in achieving their very best. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with young children. We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor who is conscientious and compassionate and has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils. We are looking for someone who: Has a good understanding of child development and pedagogy Has high expectations and aspirations for children in their care Is able to motivate and inspire pupils through both 1:1 and small group work Is enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to ensuring the highest possible standards of pupil achievement and personal development, supporting every child to flourish in all aspects of their life Has experience of the needs and support strategies required to engage and motivate children in their learning Is willing to contribute to the life of our school and our community Has a commitment to their own personal and professional development Is able to work effectively as part of a team This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team which shares an ambition to provide the best possible environment in which to educate our children.
