About the role

Are you passionate about working with young people? Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and the determination to help every student achieve their potential? As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged in learning, follow the work set and continue to make progress. You will build positive relationships with young people, promote high standards of behaviour and contribute to our culture of aspiration, inclusion and success.
