COVER SUPERVISOR Required September 2026 Permanent post, 32.5 hours per week, term time only. SLT support payscale grade D, pro rata of £25,583 - £26,403 fte (actual starting salary £18,789.86 - £19,392.12) Are you an enthusiastic, confident, and skilled professional looking for a rewarding new challenge? We want you to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. In this vital role, you will work closely with our students across a variety of subjects. Your primary focus will be ensuring that students stay on track and maintain their learning when their regular teacher is away. If you are relentless in your commitment to student success and possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, you will thrive here. The ability to work calmly and often under pressure is essential. A good working knowledge of current ICT packages is required and previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage. However, we have a strong commitment to developing our staff so you can also expect to engage in a range of training activities. As such this is an excellent preparation for anyone considering a career in either teaching or supporting students’ learning.
