About the role

Term-time only + Training Days. Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 15:30. We are looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential. Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, you will help ensure that students continue to learn effectively when teachers are absent. This varied and rewarding role involves supervising classes, supporting positive behaviour and building constructive relationships with students. You will play an important part in creating an environment where all students feel supported, included and able to succeed.
