In this role, you will teach classes across the academy to support with PPA cover. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will help create a positive learning environment, support behaviour expectations, and work with individuals or small groups on agreed programmes of work. You will supervise classes during short-term teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with learning.
GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a cover supervisor or working with young people Leadership or organisational experience in a school or similar setting Understanding of the Primary and Early Years curriculum expectations Subject knowledge for the primary curriculum in Computing and/or Music Why join Wainwright Primary Academy?
