We are looking for a passionate practitioner who can inspire girls of all abilities, foster a love of performance and creativity, and ensure excellent outcomes at all key stages. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for Drama and Music, ensuring high-quality teaching, outstanding student achievement and a vibrant programme of performances, productions and enrichment opportunities. They will lead a committed team, develop an ambitious curriculum and champion the arts as a central part of school life. Performing Arts plays a significant role in our co-curricular programme and contributes substantially to the cultural life of the school. We are looking for someone who: Is an outstanding classroom practitioner. Has the ability to teach Drama to a high standard. Has successful middle leadership experience or the potential to step into leadership. Can inspire students and staff through a clear vision for excellence. Has a commitment to raising achievement and participation for all students. Is enthusiastic about leading productions, concerts and enrichment activities.
