Exams and Data Officer Turves Green Boys’ School, Northfield, B31 4BS Pro Rata Salary: £28,827.30 (FTE £32,677) Start Date: As Soon as Possible Monday to Friday | 37 Hours | Term Time Only + 1 week (days required to be worked during exams result weeks in the summer) The Role: Are you an exceptionally motivated and organised individual? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking to appoint an Exams and Data Officer to ensure the smooth running and administration of all public examinations. You will need to liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination Boards. You will be responsible for exam requirements, entries, results and communications and will ensure the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations. As part of the role, you will also provide effective support for assessment and pastoral data work for the senior leadership team including pupil progress reports and MIS administration. About you: This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in an exciting and important role in our school community. Your key skills and requirements will include: Having knowledge of relevant legislation in relation to a range of qualifications for A Level and GCSE; Have previous experience working within a similar administration role; Have experience and knowledge of administering internal and external exams according to exam board guidelines; Have adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills and qualifications.
