Warren Wood is a specialist SEND school for children aged 2-11, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including complex, severe and moderate learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and communication and interaction needs. As we continue to strengthen and grow our leadership team, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteacher who will play a key role in our school community. Do you: - Have a proven track record of leading school improvement and securing excellent outcomes for pupils? - Have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and aspirations for all learners? - Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential? - Have experience of leading high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development? - Demonstrate a strong understanding of specialist education and inclusive practice? - Have experience of designing and delivering ambitious curricula that meet a diverse range of needs? - Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build high-performing teams?
