Deputy Headteacher

Location: Highfield Ely Academy, Ely, Cambridgeshire Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: ALT Leadership L16 - L20 (£77,676 - £85,547 FTE) This is an exciting opportunity for a proven, inspirational leader with the vision, knowledge and experience to build on Highfield Ely Academy’s existing good practice. The Deputy Headteacher will work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic leadership and, with others, lead and develop the strategic direction of the school. Operationally, the Deputy Headteacher will help to develop, implement and evaluate the school’s practices and ensure resources are efficiently and effectively managed. We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy who will: Be an inspirational leader who has demonstrable experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs, curriculum development and delivery.
