The nursery has built a strong reputation for providing a caring and nurturing environment for children and is now looking for a Deputy Manager who can help support, develop and inspire the team to achieve even greater success. If you enjoy coaching others, leading by example and helping practitioners reach their potential, this could be the perfect opportunity. The Opportunity Working closely alongside the Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the nursery. You will help ensure high standards of care, learning and safeguarding whilst providing guidance, support and direction to the wider team.
