Job description

This is a pivotal executive leadership role with the opportunity to shape the next phase of our Trust’s development. As Director of Education, you will lead our education strategy across a growing and increasingly diverse family of schools, ensuring that every child and young person has the opportunity to belong, achieve and flourish. Working as a key member of the Executive Team, you will lead our approach to high-quality inclusive education, ambitious school improvement and professional learning and development . You will work closely with headteachers, senior leaders and the central team to build capacity, strengthen practice and secure consistently strong outcomes across the Trust. As we grow into a fully cross-phase organisation, you will have the opportunity to shape a coherent 0-18 educational strategy , strengthen our Trust-wide improvement model and develop the leadership capacity that will sustain excellence over time. This is a role for an ambitious, values-led leader who can combine strategic vision with credibility, collaboration and a relentless commitment to improving life chances.
