Job description

The Abbey School is seeking to recruit a pool of highly effective Exam Invigilators, to assist during the school exam periods. With the first exam period cycle taking place in October 2026, the ideal candidate will be flexible, with excellent communication skills and a confident and reassuring presence to students sitting exams. This is a casual, zero-hour position, required during Term Time Only, paid on the National Minimum Wage. Please note that this position does not involve educating or teaching. The primary responsibility of a proctor is to ensure the integrity of the testing process by monitoring test takers and enforcing testing rules. What can we offer you?
