Supervise and support students during exam sessions. Ensure exams are conducted in a calm, fair, and secure environment. Administer exam papers and materials in compliance with regulations. Manage any unforeseen situations with efficiency and professionalism. Support students in following exam procedures and guidelines.
Able to work constructively as part of a team and as an individual Able to forge positive relationships with young people An ability to interact with young people in a calm, patient yet firm manner is essential Have the ability to communicate effectively A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow strict instructions Have an understanding of issues of confidentiality and ensure exam integrity.
