About the role

EXAMINATION INVIGILATORS (CASUAL POSITIONS)

The Governors of Roundhay School are seeking to appoint reliable, organised individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to work at our vibrant, high-achieving, and multi-cultural school as part of our team of Exam Invigilators. The role will involve ensuring the smooth running of examinations in accordance with exam board guidelines. Examinations and mock examinations take place during varying periods each year and the length of sessions can vary. The number of hours and weeks when work is available will vary according to the exam timetable. Training will be provided to all successful candidates who should be willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our pupils/students reach their full potential.

We are incredibly proud, as a truly comprehensive school which reflects the cosmopolitan make up of Leeds, to be recognised by Ofsted as an 'outstanding school'. We would encourage you to view our most recent Ofsted report from November 2023 which is available on our website.

'Pupils thrive academically, and personally, at Roundhay School. Staff know each pupil individually. They work tirelessly to provide exceptional support. Pupils enjoy attending school. Attendance is high. Pupils learn effectively across the whole school. They consistently achieve highly in external exams and tests.' Ofsted.
