About the role

Teaching Assistant Post We are seeking to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to support the needs of our pupils. Killinghall is a friendly school, with enthusiastic pupils and dedicated staff team. Please visit our school website to get a flavour of who we are, visits to school are always encouraged. The successful candidates will need to have: • The skills and confidence to work with children in Early Years and Key Stage 1, particularly those with SEND; • A proven track record in effectively supporting individuals within a primary school setting; • The ability to establish excellent relationships with children and promote aspirational achievement for all groups of learners; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team; • Believe in the inclusion for all and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND.
