You will be joining a strong, stable and inspirational team where mathematical knowledge is prioritised and where we go beyond the national curriculum in different aspects of this subject. Whatever your career stage you will be supported to develop further mathematical knowledge and to enhance your teaching tool kit so that our students are able to understand the world around them and value mathematics as part of their lives. As a standalone academy, we believe in our teachers being able to do the role they are employed to do, which is to deliver engaging lessons to our students. We therefore have an easy and structured behaviour system for our students and you to follow in lessons. After this, we have dedicated teams who intervene and leave you to continue with the job you love doing!
