Archdiocese of Birmingham - The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company HEADTEACHER FOR ST JOSEPHCATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL Lawton Avenue, Carterton, OX18 3JY Required for January 2027 Salary range: L10-15 The Directors of The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company, a large family of Catholic schools based in Oxfordshire, in partnership with the Governing Body of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, are seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher who will lead this popular vibrant faith school, inspiring its children, staff and families ‘to be the best they can be’. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future growth of this thriving school, which is situated in Oxfordshire, surrounded by villages and on the edge of The Cotswolds. The successful candidate should be a practising Roman Catholic, highly passionate about religious education and the Catholic life within our school and be able to work closely with the RE Subject Leader and our Parish Priests. We are looking for: - A strong, Catholic ambitious leader to build on the strengths of the school and maintain an environment which is friendly, warm and somewhere that our pupils feel safe and valued. A passionate and experienced educator who will continue to raise standards and further enhance our curriculum to enrich the lives of all our pupils. Someone who will continue to develop the positive relationships that exist with our key stakeholders, families of schools, and the Diocese.
