Priors Hall - A Learning Community Headteacher Full time, Permanent Leadership Scale 7 points within L11 to L24 Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) is a respected and growing multi-academy trust, dedicated to delivering outstanding education and lifelong learning opportunities across our family of schools. We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to lead Priors Hall - A Learning Community, through its next exciting phase of development. About the Role

As Headteacher, you will provide inspirational and strategic leadership for Priors Hall - A Learning Community, ensuring the highest standards of education, safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing. You will lead and develop our staff, strengthen relationships with families and the wider community, and work collaboratively with IFtL to drive continuous improvement. You will create a culture where children and adults are encouraged to thrive, challenge themselves and achieve their very best, while ensuring the school’s vision and IFtL's values are embedded in every aspect of school life.
