Summary of Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the school, translating vision into clear priorities that drive continuous improvement and strong outcomes for pupils. Ensure safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, behaviour and attendance remain at the centre of school life. Lead, support and develop staff to secure consistently high quality teaching and learning. Oversee the curriculum, resources and budget to maximise educational opportunities and achievement for all pupils.
