Location: Isle of Ely, Ely, Cambridgeshire Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: ALT Leadership L18 - L24 £81,457 - £94,349 We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to guide Isle of Ely Primary School through its next chapter, bringing together educational excellence, strong moral purpose and a genuine commitment to people. For the right candidate, a relocation allowance may be available to support a move to the local area. Summary of Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the school, ensuring high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding. Lead, support and develop staff, promoting excellent teaching and a culture of continuous improvement. Drive a broad, ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and supports strong outcomes. Manage resources, finances and facilities effectively to deliver the school's priorities.
