About the role

Head Teacher Contract type: Full Time Contract term: Permanent Salary: Leadership Scale, L14-L18 Start date: January 2027 or April 2027 Closing date: 10am on Monday 28th September 2026 Kingsway Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of its community, committed to ensuring every child receives the very best education and support. We are seeking a Head Teacher who will build upon the school's strengths, establish a strong and positive culture and lead the next stage of Kingsway’s journey. Kingsway is part of the Minster Trust for Education, a collaborative family of schools united by our mission that: "Together, we help every child to flourish, opening doors to fulfilling futures." The school is currently benefiting from significant support from the Trust's school improvement team and experienced educational leaders. As a result, the new Head Teacher will join a school that has both the capacity and commitment required to secure sustained improvement and long-term success.
