THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER

The Headteacher will:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion Manage staff performance and professional development Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners Represent the school positively within the wider community This role requires a strong moral purpose, excellent leadership skills, and a clear vision for school improvement. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

Is an experienced school leader with a proven impact on outcomes Has a clear and compelling vision for primary education Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice Can inspire, motivate, and support staff and pupils Works effectively in partnership with governors, parents, and the community The school site visit dates will take place on Monday 19th & Tuesday 20th October 2026.
