Headteacher

We are seeking a Headteacher who: Has a proven track record of successful senior leadership and school improvement. Demonstrates a clear vision for excellent primary education and can translate that vision into practice. Is passionate about delivering an ambitious, inclusive and engaging curriculum that enables all children to achieve. Has a deep commitment to inclusion and ensuring that pupils with SEND, disadvantaged pupils and vulnerable learners thrive. Can inspire, develop and empower staff at all stages of their careers. Understands the importance of staff wellbeing alongside high professional expectations. Has the skills to lead organisational change effectively and sensitively. Can use data, evidence and innovation to secure continuous improvement. Understands how technology can enhance learning, improve operational effectiveness and prepare pupils for life in a rapidly changing world. Has strong financial and organisational leadership skills and can ensure resources are used effectively to maximise opportunities for pupils. Values collaboration and can work successfully within a Trust while championing the unique identity of our school. Will strengthen partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community to enhance opportunities for children.
