Warren Mead Infant and Junior School Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive teams. Your opportunity Working under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools, you'll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals. Please note, this role is working across both Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School, which forms part of our school cluster under the Executive Headteacher. Due to the requirement to provide PPA cover within the nursery provision, applicants must hold a relevant teaching qualification. This requirement is specific to the needs of the setting, and the role does not involve additional teaching responsibilities beyond those expected of a HLTA. What we are looking for Hold a relevant teaching qualification e.g. QTS, EYTS or overseas teaching qualification. Have a good level of education including GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning. Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning. Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents. Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding. About Warren Mead Schools

Along with Warren Mead Infants and Warren Mead Juniors, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Danetree Primary School, Cuddington Croft Primary and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

FTE Salary: GLF Specialist 1-11 £28,009 - £30,517 Pro Rata Salary: £9,035.99 - £9,845.10 Hours: 13.5hrs - 2 days per week 8.15am – 15.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)
