Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a talented HLTA to take the lead in the classroom and support outstanding learning across our school.

The post requires someone with:

A HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working within a primary school setting. The confidence and ability to lead whole-class teaching across a range of year groups.

Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour and achievement A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. Experience of supporting and accelerating pupil progress. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and ensuring every child can achieve their full potential. A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
