Job description

We can offer you Opportunities for professional development Wonderful, happy and hard-working children A supportive school community A school with drive and passion for the future We wish to appoint someone who has Good organisational skills A sense of humour Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High expectations in work and behaviours Understanding of child development Roles and Responsibilities: Our HLTA will teach as part of our KS2 Science and Maths cycles as well as teaching a range of subjects (depending on timetabling) to KS1 and KS2 classes as required. Hours: Monday 08.30-15.45 and Wednesday 08.30-15.45 (12 hours per week) Salary: Level 4 (exact starting point is dependent on experience) This is a fixed term post until August 2027 (school term time only) in the first instance. There may be scope to extend this contract, subject to funding. Haslingfield Endowed Primary school is committed to the safeguarding of young people and promoting the welfare and diversity for its children, staff and community. The school leadership team and governing body expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and vision. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
