About the role

Applicants should:

Hold HLTA status, QTS or another appropriate qualification relevant to the role. Demonstrate experience of supporting teaching and learning within a primary setting. Have the skills and confidence to lead whole-class learning activities independently. Demonstrate effective behaviour management and communication skills. Work effectively as part of a wider staff team. The role may involve working across different year groups and curriculum areas as required by the school. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute positively to the ethos and values of the school and federation.
