About the role

We are looking for someone who:

Can confidently deliver intervention sessions to individuals and small groups of children, across the four broad areas of need

As a HLTA you will have a deep commitment to championing inclusion and wellbeing across our school. You will play a critical role in modelling best practices for adapted instruction, planning and delivering high-quality, small-group learning experiences that remove barriers and ensure equity of access for every pupil. Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated SEND area of the school. This role requires proactive collaboration with the SENDCo and teaching staff to maintain an environment where all children feel safe, valued, and empowered to flourish both academically and emotionally.

Job Details Hours of Work: 33 Hours per Week, Term Time Only Position Type: Permanent Post Line Manager: SENCO Travel Required: No The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information.
