Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and supportive school team. In this key role, you will work in close partnership with our teaching staff to enhance pupil attainment, deliver engaging planned lessons or interventions, and provide vital cover when needed. Whether you are guiding small groups or leading a whole class, your work will champion inclusion, independence, and a genuine love for learning. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for making a real difference in children's lives, we would love to hear from you
