About the role
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference to children's lives?
Newlands Primary School are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated HLTA to join our friendly and dedicated team. We are flexible and welcome applications from experienced HLTAs seeking either a full-time or part-time position.
The Role
This
is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:
Covering classes across the primary age range from Reception to Year 6 to support release time and cover staff absence.
Leading targeted interventions and booster groups to support pupil progress.
Working alongside teachers and support staff to ensure all children receive the support they need to succeed.
We are Looking for Someone who:
Has completed an HLTA qualification, teaching qualification, or relevant equivalent experience.
Has experience of working within a primary school setting, leading whole-class learning as well as supporting small groups and individual pupils.
Can engage, motivate and inspire children to develop a love of learning.
Is a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues, pupils and families.
